It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Amazing holiday,it was my first cruise now I'm hooked,all the staff were amazing,friendly always smiling,cabins clean,selection of food fantastic and labelled well. Brilliant entertainment.

Our 1st P&O cruise. We travelled on the Iona to the fjords. Amazing country. We loved the fact you could just get off the ship and explore as we hadn't booked any excursions. Food and choice is really good, we didn't eat at a speciality restaurant as we were happy with the included restaurants. There were a few little things that could be tweaked but this wouldn't stop us from giving a 5 star review.

The staff are the reason to book with P&O- they are committed to trying to offer the best experience for guests. They are ready to smile and have a short chat, and any reasonable request will be looked at. I was surprised to find our bed was facing backwards (will double check next time) and I do find navigating the IT My Holiday difficult but the staff were on hand to actually talk to me to book meals etc. Manuel our housekeeper noted it was my husbands birthday and put a card in the room which was a lovely touch.

Great first cruise on Iona to Norwegian Fjordes. Ship was amazing. Cabin great, food great, service wonderful and the fjordes were beautiful. We didn’t get off the boat at Haugesund as there isn’t too much to do so had a day chilling on the boat instead which was nice after 3 ports and excursions. Would definitely recommend!

Just had a fantastic week cruising the fjords on Iona. What a beautiful massive ship. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great in all the main dining rooms especially at breakfast. The only place that was disappointing was the Epicurean restaurant. Also two shows were cancelled in the main theatre ,I was looking forward to The greatest days, no reason given for cancellation and Digital was cancelled because of something falling from the stage. Norway was beautiful especially Olden.
