It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Just enjoyed a 7 day holiday on Ventura to quietly celebrate our 55th wedding Anniversary. The weather, calm seas (both ways) were a bonus. We have always found P&O staff endeavour to make everyone’s experience on board special. This cruise was no different. All staff working so hard and smiling despite what they may be thinking. Ventura is now looking tired and showing her age. Shower curtains are pretty horrid but remain practical in the current cabin fit out. I enjoyed using the spa pool and surrounding quiet adult area to relax in. Food was of a good standard wherever we chose to eat. Tables for 2 appeared to somewhat limited in main dining rooms unless you had an 20.30 pm sitting. At breakfast in the main dining room there were always tables for 2 available which was brilliant. It saved trying to find a table in the very hectic Horizon buffet area and any hot food being cold by the time a table was located. Overall this was a relaxing holiday visiting 4 Ports and only 2 sea days… superb! Thank you P&O.

As this was our first cruise we didn’t really know what expect, but we found the whole experience excellent from start to finish, we really enjoyed waking up in a different port everyday, meeting new people, being treated like royalty by everyone we encountered (staff) the places we visited, the food, the atmosphere, well done P&O you excel in every detail and we will definitely be cruising with you again, Thank you

The holiday was fine. The day trips were great. The food was nice and the service for the most part OK. However the Customer service is a joke. Four times I messaged them over an issue (not big but an issue all the same) and four times they sent me the same response, despite asking for an answer they just avoided and redirected me to my insurance company. So I will not be traveling again with P&O. The great thing about being a customer is you can spend your money elsewhere with another provider.

Just cancelled our honeymoon cruise a joint celebration for hubbys 50th, barely any apology or acknowledgement. Less than 5 days ago they were hard selling extras now they have cancelled to refurb the boat. All we got was a faceless no rely email and offer of £50 to spend onboard a future trip if bkd within 6wks..... my response u know where to shove ur so called 50 quid

We have had a fantastic time on Ventura we departed on the 3rd May for Spain, Portugal and France. This was our first cruise and after reading some very negative reviews my wife and I were very apprehensive. We had no need to from arriving at Southampton to embarking it was so easy and the disembarkation. The cruise itself was fantastic the crew were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Food was good the best meal we had was in Sindhu WOW amazing. Thank you Ventura for looking after us we will be back
