Following my previous review

Following my previous review, I have received an unacceptable reply from ABTA. I am under the impression that P&O are literally unable to read, your reply states that you satisfactorily settled my complaint in April, yes, you settles that complaint, my complaint with ABTA was for the second complaint where P&O had oversold the cruise and were unable to fulfil my contracted booking of a suite of grade B6 or higher, you contacted me 72 hours before departure to advise YOU had oversold, so the ship could sail full, I had 2 options accept a downgrade or cancel!!! As my luggage had been collected and was already in Southampton, i was forced to accept the DOWNGRADE, but I confirmed at the time I was NOT happy, I confirmed AFTER I was NOT happy and im telling you now I am NOT happy, YOU were in BREACH OF CONTRACT.....

This was an amazing family holiday with spectacular service and entertainment. This was our fourth P&O cruise and they just keep getting better. The ship was beautiful and spotless. The entertainment option and standard was out of this world. We truely love our holidays with P&O and would recommend every time

Mediterranean Cruise P&O

Just returned from 14 nights in the Mediterranean on Britannia. The whole cruise was amazing from start to finish. The entertainment, restaurants, speciality restaurants, cabin staff, crew, were all brilliant in what they did. Special mention to the entertainment guys in the Headliners show. Their work ethic was incredible, such energy! We’re off again soon to the Canaries with P&O and we can’t wait 😀

Canaria Island cruise …

The service at this destination stood out significantly compared to others. The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully managed. The destination itself was also impressive—beautiful Canaria Island. Overall, it was not only a relaxing and enjoyable trip, but also one where the quality of service truly enhanced the entire experience.

Excellent first time on a cruise. Although the Iona is a large ship there was plenty of room to relax whenever needed. Food was great.

Superb 18-night cruise on Aurora

Just returned from an 18-night cruise in the Med on Aurora. Great ports esp Motril for Granada, but a shame P & O don't organise trips to the Alhambra Palaces. Managed to get there with good advice from the ship and "Granada on your own" tour guide. P & O are a very well-organised cruise line and the crew on any ship are friendly and helpful. But my favourite is Aurora: easy to navigate around, has the traditional Anderson's Bar and lovely terraced horseshoe-shaped aft decks. The storage solutions in our cabin were ingenious and we didn't need to use it all even though I take a lot. Decor is smart and tasteful everywhere on the ship, and the entertainment was the best we have ever seen on any cruise line. Guest speakers were really entertaining and Headliners Theatre Company were just superb. I hope P & O don't take this lovely ship out of service - she obviously has a great following with many passengers booking time and again. I admit most of us were older however....

16 night Baltic cruise

Just returned from an enjoyable Baltic Cruise on P&O Arcadia. Good itinerary, accommodation and service. Shame we missed two ports (still not sure why).

Shore Experiences

We chose three shore experiences ( Florence, Seville & Palma) which would give us access to Basilicas/ Cathedrals. However the Florence visit was marred by access being denied which I can only assume by the fact that we docked on a Sunday (Maybe worth thinking about). Palma entrance was by ticket only at point of entry via QR codes all in Spanish. The Seville visit was curtailed as Cadiz had a civil unrest problem (not P&O's fault) which led to diversion to Gibraltar . Overall experiences were enjoyable with very good knowledgeable guides.

I've just returned from a 7 night…

I've just returned from a 7 night cruise on the Azura Ship around the Mediterranean. The ship is looking smarter with new carpets especially in the cabins. The staff in the peninsular restaurant were fabulous. The ports were good. I was surprised that there was not a shuttle bus in Catania, Sicily as the walk to the town was about 20 to 25 minutes in very hot temperatures.
