Following my previous review

Following my previous review, I have received an unacceptable reply from ABTA. I am under the impression that P&O are literally unable to read, your reply states that you satisfactorily settled my complaint in April, yes, you settles that complaint, my complaint with ABTA was for the second complaint where P&O had oversold the cruise and were unable to fulfil my contracted booking of a suite of grade B6 or higher, you contacted me 72 hours before departure to advise YOU had oversold, so the ship could sail full, I had 2 options accept a downgrade or cancel!!! As my luggage had been collected and was already in Southampton, i was forced to accept the DOWNGRADE, but I confirmed at the time I was NOT happy, I confirmed AFTER I was NOT happy and im telling you now I am NOT happy, YOU were in BREACH OF CONTRACT.....

This was an amazing family holiday with spectacular service and entertainment. This was our fourth P&O cruise and they just keep getting better. The ship was beautiful and spotless. The entertainment option and standard was out of this world. We truely love our holidays with P&O and would recommend every time

Mediterranean Cruise P&O

Just returned from 14 nights in the Mediterranean on Britannia. The whole cruise was amazing from start to finish. The entertainment, restaurants, speciality restaurants, cabin staff, crew, were all brilliant in what they did. Special mention to the entertainment guys in the Headliners show. Their work ethic was incredible, such energy! We’re off again soon to the Canaries with P&O and we can’t wait 😀

The captain on the Ventura should be proud of his crew ( ducklings ) as they did there best to make you feel happy but the ship is in need of some T L C As it is getting old

Excellent cruise on Ioana to the…

Excellent cruise on Ioana to the Norwegian fjords, great port stops, extremely well organised embarkation and disembarkation at ports and just a really easy, enjoyable holiday all round. Evening entertainment was brilliant, definitely up a few notches on how professional the shows are to when I travelled on a weekend cruise 10 years ago with P&O. My husband & I really enjoyed our dining experiences & evenings on the ship as much as the day time. The cleanliness on this ship was also impeccable.

What's not to love?

Great food, great entertainment, clean and beautiful ship. Lots to do and fantastic places to visit. Stunning scenery in the fjords. Would go again and choose more activities and excursions.

Where is the English food ?

Currently sailing on Aurora in the Norwegian Fjords but unlikely to sail with them again after the experience so far. The main restaurant took 45 minutes from sitting down to providing our starter on the first night on board and the menu is poor although they do always have steak and chips. Tonight the Horizon restaurant decided to go all Indian food with only a bit of roast meat and peas as a concession to the English menu. No potatoes of any kind, mash, roast, chipped or boiled. No other vegetables available. Missed our first sitting reservation in the main restaurant so no meal for me tonight. The options for food are so limited, you would be better on other ships that cater for plain English rather than P&O cruises.

our overall cruise 🛳 14/6 to 28/6 food was good real ale obviously its bottle apart from a the few they had was ok my overall favourite was the beach house we had the fillet cooked on a larva block was absolutely amazing. Buffet choice was good always found some nice choice and coffee ☕️ out the machine was a decent drink but Tea bags not very good ( not PGT ) brought. My own

Fantastic trip with great care and amazing customer service

We have just returned from a 14 day cruise on Ventura. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, I have a food intolerance which was catered for in a amazing way. We love P & O so very pleased with the care and service we were given throughout our trip. Good range of shore experiences as well as everything onboard. The Retreat was brilliant as usual and the crew in there went above and beyond to help

Awful treatment for our disabled friend

A member of our group has been treated abysmally - special assistance required but was denied as it was not booked. It was not booked because he had a mobility scooter. Was told when checking in that as the scooter had a lithium battery it was not allowed so had to remove it and put and put back in the car. All protocol had been adhered to and declared when booking this cruise. Eventually once allowed on board was loaned a wheelchair which we cannot take ashore(?). We were then called over the tanoy and reprimanded by the crew. So very upsetting for all involved.

Fantastic experience

We've just returned from a cruise on the Brittannia for 7 days to the Norwegian Ffords. This was on my mums bucket list. From start to finish we were thoroughly spoilt. A fantastic experience and great memories made. Laughed from start to finish. Staff were so friendly and fantastic. Food and accomodation was excellent. Just like a 5 star hotel on water.
