Following my previous review

Following my previous review, I have received an unacceptable reply from ABTA. I am under the impression that P&O are literally unable to read, your reply states that you satisfactorily settled my complaint in April, yes, you settles that complaint, my complaint with ABTA was for the second complaint where P&O had oversold the cruise and were unable to fulfil my contracted booking of a suite of grade B6 or higher, you contacted me 72 hours before departure to advise YOU had oversold, so the ship could sail full, I had 2 options accept a downgrade or cancel!!! As my luggage had been collected and was already in Southampton, i was forced to accept the DOWNGRADE, but I confirmed at the time I was NOT happy, I confirmed AFTER I was NOT happy and im telling you now I am NOT happy, YOU were in BREACH OF CONTRACT.....

This was an amazing family holiday with spectacular service and entertainment. This was our fourth P&O cruise and they just keep getting better. The ship was beautiful and spotless. The entertainment option and standard was out of this world. We truely love our holidays with P&O and would recommend every time

Mediterranean Cruise P&O

Just returned from 14 nights in the Mediterranean on Britannia. The whole cruise was amazing from start to finish. The entertainment, restaurants, speciality restaurants, cabin staff, crew, were all brilliant in what they did. Special mention to the entertainment guys in the Headliners show. Their work ethic was incredible, such energy! We’re off again soon to the Canaries with P&O and we can’t wait 😀

Visiting the Fjords

Amazing week on Britannia visiting the Fjords. Staff are such a hardworking team. Loved the formal evenings. Drank a bit, ate a lot! Thank you Britannia for a wonderful week.

I’ve just got back from my first cruise with P&O Cruises and I’m amazed at how well organised they are we went to Norway and the crew and staff were amazing what a slick well organised trip and operation they run I’m going to try and do another cruise.can’t praise them enough.

Just returned from a weeks cruise to…

Just returned from a weeks cruise to Norway on Britannia. We were a bit apprehensive by watching some videos on YouTube. We did find everything to be fine all over the ship, only niggle would be its a little bit hard to navigate around compared to Iona and Arvia. It’s a lot of up and down, we found staying on the cabin decks where you can walk the full length of the ship the use the lifts to access the area that you want

7 nights on Azura

We’ve just returned from a 7 night cruise from Malta on the Azura which included Taranto, Corfu, Kefalonia and Sicily. Staff were fantastic, entertainment was great, food and service also excellent. We’ve sailed on this ship before and weren’t disappointed either time. Highly recommend P&O.

Just returned from our first cruise on Britannia

Just returned from our first cruise, a 7 Night trip on board Britannia to Norwegian fjords to celebrate 2 friends turning 50. From start to finish we've had an amazing time on our holiday. The staff went above and beyond. Food was excellent. 2 visits to the Thermal spa on sea days, 2 formal Celebration nights. Great and varied choice of entertainment. The Mountain World trip from Sjkolden was amazing and informative. Well organised. We had a standard balcony cabin as a twin on A deck. Very comfortable with excellent housekeeping. Overall highly recommended.

Arvia - Med Cruise

Returned recently from 14 nights on Arvia to Spain, Italy and France. We were due to dock in Cadiz but due to strikes the port was changed to Gibraltar. Was disappointed we couldn't do our excursion to the Sherry & Royal Horse Show but 100% agree with the Captains decision to change the port at very short notice. Our cabin was comfortable and kept spotless by the marvellous steward. First time cruisers and experience was brilliant, the fortnight onboard went far too quickly.

Just returned from a 7 night cruise…

Just returned from a 7 night cruise onboard P and O Brittania. The whole experience was amazing. The embarkation process was easy. The friendliness of the crew and cleanliness of the ship was ‘spot on’. The choice of and quality of food onboard was excellent whether in one of the many restaurants or from the buffet, there is also a huge selection of bars to choose from. The entertainment is wide and varied with something for everybody’s taste. We particularly enjoyed the theatre shows. The destinations we visited were everything we hoped they’d be. If you’re thinking of taking a first time cruise, go on, give it a go. We weren’t disappointed.
