P&O Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

We just came back from Norwegian Fjords Cruise with P&O (IONA) and overall our first cruise experience is amazing - from the ship, food, people and service was excellent. We enjoyed Norway especially Olden and Flam. Looking forward for another cruise with P&O.

Wow! Just home after our first cruise with P and O on the Iona to the Norwegian Fjords! What an amazing week! An itinerary of beautiful sights and scenery, staff across the ship who really know how to care for customers; fabulous food served and enjoyed; comfortable cabins with beds to sink in to and excellent entertainment. A specific mention for the simply brilliant company performing in the Headliners, not to be missed…..from Festival to Greatest Days to Digital, we saw the lot and were not disappointed!! No words can express our enjoyment for the week we’ve just had! Who could possibly find fault with an experience like this? Thank you P and O we will be back again soon!

Fantastic cruise to Spain and Portugal - the excursions were fantastic and the local guides brilliant, especially Mattieu our tuk tuk guide in Porto, he was so entertaining and interesting. Ventura is a bit small and pools can get bit busy but always somewhere to escape. The food was great and Sindhu just the best as always. What a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely remarkable. Our first cruise and boy were we blown away! The Iona is massive, beautiful and has everything you could ever want and need. The fjords were breathtaking - I'll never be able to convey just how much - the staff and crew were amazing. The food was fantastic and we never had a dull moment with the very talented and professional casino and entertainment teams. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

We have just arrived home after a week on the Iona visiting the Norwegian Fjords. A fantastic week on this wonderful ship - the perfect first cruise experience for us. Plenty to do on board, never felt overcrowded, attentive staff and beautiful ports. Would definitely recommend!

Ref: Baltic cities: Britannia. I'm sorry fellow travelers did not enjoy Kiel - you should all have come on the Lakes and Castles cruise! The scenery was lovely, the coffee break was in a rose-filled little town, the guide was knowledgeable - and we were under cover having lunch when it rained! All made me want to go back and explore more of Germany.
