P&O Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Pleasantly suprised Just returned from 7 days on Iona to Norway. Splendid time. Great value for money. Normally cruise with Princess, Cunard and Royal Carib. Food, entertainment and service on par with above. Entertainment in theatre was some of the best acts that we have experienced.

Iona - Nordic Fjords Just got back from 7 days aboard Iona visiting the Nordic Fjords and it was incredible, ship staff were so friendly and the entertainment and stops were all exceptional The Headliners Theatre Company, Pulse and our Entertainment Hosts (especially the Bingo!) were all absolutely amazing Can't wait to book our next one

Just come back from Norwegian Fjords on Iona. The ship is beautiful. Weather amazing. Had a fantastic week. The ship offers a lot. Staff onboard really lovely.

Just returned from our first cruise on the Ventura and it was a wonderful experience-The ship was generally in good condition and a bit of TLC in a few places would bring it up to the P&O standard -Having said this the crew were amazing and the experience was 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be booking another cruise with P&O soon-Tim&Debs

I booked my cruise in advance, being assured by on-board advisors that the best prices are given if you book in advance. I paid £4,288. The price of the same cruise today is £2,098. That's less than HALF of what I paid. AND the onboard spending being given at the cheaper price is more than double what I received. As a loyal cruiser with P&O, I am horrified. When I called customer services, not only was NO compensation offered, and NO additional on board spending money, but the woman laughed!!! In addition, my booking includes a drinks package - but they have charged me for this IN ADDITION. I am so upset......... We are loyal P&O Cruisers - how can they treat customers so badly?

Just back from 14 nights on Britannia in the Baltic. Very enjoyable cruise. Staff were excellent and made us feel so welcomed. The food was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend P&O to a friend.

Where to start , it was easy transfer onto ship and once on there the service fabulous, cases waiting outside your cabin , the cabin themselves we had a balcony are spotlessly clean and ample room in them . The ship it’s self is beautiful and everything to a high standard , drinks wonderful and staff cannot do enough for you , they work very hard but always are so cheerful and polite . The restaurants are fantastic my favourite the Baytree and food out of this world , but overall the food fabulous and so many places to choose from !! The activities and entertainment superb , a visit to the Metropolis bar a must it’s got a great vibe . Outside facilities great , loads of sun beds and areas to sunbathe , 4 pools to choose from. If you’re in doubt about booking a cruise don’t be , probably one of the best holidays I’ve had , you get to see beautiful places off shore Porto was my favourite so pretty ,and will be booking again soon can’t wait !!!! Well done to P&O for a truly wonderful trip
