It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

Britannia 10th anniverary cruise

Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Absolutely fantastic cruise to the…

Absolutely fantastic cruise to the Fjords on the Iona . Wow what a ship it’s stunning and with so much to do there is never a boring moment. The staff are brilliant and the ship is spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for the next cruise.

Enjoyable on The Ventura again

Back from an enjoyable cruise on the Ventura. Excellent staff and Captain ( with his amusing announcements). Could have done with more Shuttles into the Ports - in La Palma it was quite a distance to the town, and although there was a Shuttle in Lanzarote it dropped us off a fair distance from m the town. Disappointing we couldn't dock in Cadiz. Entertainment could have been better - an additional resident group? Ship looking tired but aware it is due for a refurb shortly.

Would leave minus stars if it was an…

Would leave minus stars if it was an option. Staff are obtuse, unhelpful, unkind and not solution focused. My disabled husband has been made to feel less than human and like a second class citizen. We have been treated abysmally and offered no help or solutions just told no at every turn. Their behaviour has been totally abhorrent and quite disgusting. Would not expect such disablist views from a company like P&O. The terminal staff who are a different company are just as terrible. This will be our first and last cruise with them. If you have any special requirements due to disability, or are looking for good customer service in general I would strongly advise you book elsewhere.

Excellent

Another excellent cruise! Good food and service, comfortable cabin, fabulous and obliging staff, great entertainment.......what more could you want? We did the behind the scenes tour and it was well worth the extra payment - a full three hours of information and visits to the bits of the ship you wouldn't normally see - highly recommended if you get the chance Big shout out to Jenson, our cabin steward for his efficiency and delightful towel and toilet tissue art - amazing! Can't wait for our next cruise in February

Just returned from our second cruise…

Just returned from our second cruise (first one Iona, this one Ventura) and loved very moment. The ships are very different as the Iona is newer and flashy but the whole experience was fun and well organised. The crew are hard working, courteous and friendly. The food was plentiful, high quality and the speciality restaurants are a must!! Met some fabulous people on board and had a blast!! Loved waking up to a new destination each day and exploring. Shore experiences can be expensive so do some research before going and compare prices. That said, will definitely be cruising again!!!

Still No Confirmation 3 months after booking and 8 days before cruise

My mother finally received her cruise confirmation for our P&O Azura sailing on 10th July (Ref: 2JWDMM) after weeks of chasing, multiple calls and varying degrees of helpfulness and politeness from the call centre staff, one of whom told us we were 'stopping her from working'. I had to bite my tongue and even apologised just to try to get what I needed out of her- which she still didn't provide. However, two of her grandchildren, Jenna Zul and Zayd Zul, who are travelling with her on the same booking, have still not received any confirmation or documentation. Despite assurances during phone calls that the information would be sent, nothing has arrived. Hours and hours have been spent waiting on phone lines that either cut you off before you get to the front of the queue or simply hang up as soon as you get through because the wait is 'unreasonable' in their own words. A grand total of 0 responses to emails or forms submitted on their website. 0 responses to messages on social media. Today is the final day to select flight seats, but we are unable to log in or access their booking. Please respond urgently and send confirmation details for all passengers on this booking.
