It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

We enjoyed a week in the Norwegian fjords on the Britannia. The shows were wonderful. We were very happy with the ship, the cabin, and the facilities. Everything was great!

First time cruise .I nearly cancelled due to medical matters. So glad I didn't. I achieved my wish to see the glazier. The crew are amazing always smiling and ready to help. The assistance is fantastic they reassure you help on and off ship. Basically your treated so well you don't want to go home. The Captain let's you know in advance of sea conditions and times we get to next port. Nothing is too much trouble. So Thank you Britainia crew and staff you built up my confidence, you made me laugh and made me feel special

Just arrived back from the Norwegian fjords on the Britannia.wow what a holiday. Scenery was stunning, ship was beautiful, everywhere was clean, staff very helpful.Ganesh our housekeeper was a diamond. I must admit i was initially underwhelmed with our balcony cabin as a bunk came down from the ceiling as I had my sister with us as a 3rd guest and no extra seating in room or balcony for her, but after the first night we got used to it and didn’t dwell on it.overall we loved the holiday and would definitely book again but if another guest would come again we would book a suite next time.

Just returned from Norway on Britannia. Went with a friend who had never cruised before. She was blown away by the experience. Food was excellent and the staff helpful and good humoured. Could have done with the weather being a bit warmer but P& O can't do much about that!

Just returned from Norwegian Fjord Cruise, Britannia has been refitted in 2024, stunning ship, food superb, entertainment amazing, shore excursions were very good. First Cruise definitely not my last. Staff were so helpful and courteous. The arrival process, onboarding and disembarking process is so simple. P&O have got this cruising thing nailed on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cruise.

Just got back from our second cruise on Ventura, and already looking to book our third. The miseries say she is showing her age, and not as flashy as her sisters, but I could fault nothing. The staff are amazing and every day on board made me feel special. Thank you P&O you justified our trust.

The staff in Southampton were really friendly & the process quick. The ship was clean. A couple of destinations were not what we expected, a bit industrial/docks, but the hop on/off were good as you got to know the history of the area.

Just returned from our first cruise aboard the Britannia to the Norwegian Fjords. Embarkation at Ocean Terminal was very efficient and the Crew were welcoming, friendly and always going above and beyond. We booked excursions at our destinations and had a memorable experience. Would absolutely recommend P&O and would rebook with them again. The experience is what you make it - we found researching the destinations and planning our days really helped us make the most of each location.
