Awful pricing
I booked my cruise in advance, being assured by on-board advisors that the best prices are given if you book in advance. I paid £4,288. The price of the same cruise today is £2,098. That's less than HALF of what I paid. AND the onboard spending being given at the cheaper price is more than double what I received. As a loyal cruiser with P&O, I am horrified. When I called customer services, not only was NO compensation offered, and NO additional on board spending money, but the woman laughed!!! In addition, my booking includes a drinks package - but they have charged me for this IN ADDITION. I am so upset......... We are loyal P&O Cruisers - how can they treat customers so badly?
