P&O Cruises is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
It was just a lovely cruise. There was everything we wanted and being very much older, plenty of time to relax if needed. The staff are amazing, respectful and welcoming. The Baltic cities are wonderful sights and the talks by Dave Wright were inspirational and riveting. We went to every one. Loved every minute

What a beautiful ship, staff, food, drink, rooms the whole experience was memorable, my first cruise and a fantastic experience with great and beautiful locations visited in Norway.
Have recently returned from PO Britannia 10 anniversary cruise of the British Isles which we had been really looking forward to as it was visiting places we haven't been to before, although disappointed they cancelled our trip to Edinburgh. The cruise got off to a bad start for us it took nearly two hours from dropping our luggage off to actually get on to the ship (usually takes 20-30 mins) so was not happy it was exhausting and would have put of off if it was our first cruise. Luckily it all improved from then on and we had a fantastic and relaxing cruise. Food excellent and staff very friendly in particular Akrita and Stanley from the Meridan restaurant and Jenson our cabin steward. Britannia certainly pulled the stops out with the entertainment this cruise it was spectacular on deck and in theatre, you had to queue early to get a seat in theatre even though they did 3 shows a night it was full half an hour before show started. We did three shore excursions with PO and all where very good with knowledgeable guides on the coaches and the shuttle bus in other places was well organised. Sort the boarding out and back too 5 stars next time.

Had a wonderful time on azura last week. Lots to do and lots to see. Was my first cruise and lived up the the expectations. Don’t be fooled there are no layins of your on excursions but they are well worth getting up for. Spa was incredible and enjoyed a hot stone massage. Would travel again with p&o.

This was our first cruise and we loved it .However we weren’t happy that our credit card had been charged £10 a day pre authorisation charges to the total £120 , and we are unsure if this will be taken off of our total bill until it comes in or if we will have to contact P&O .

Just back from Spain/Portugal on Ventura. We really enjoyed it! Good food, good service and enjoyed our trips. Loved Captain Neil's announcements each morning and evening 🤣.

Trying to change a date for my holiday and I can’t even get through to speak to someone what an absolute shambles your company is. I want a full refund including the deposit. I will book elsewhere . Please sort this or I will email the ceo and bbc watchdog. Please if you book with P&o. Take care as they do not like to help via customer services.

Had a lovely time on the cruise, although p&o have decided to charge my account twice for the onboard spending. Tried phoning them only to be told by an automated response that they are too busy to take calls and to phone back another time. Email form on their website also doesn't give you confirmation that my email has been received. For such a large company it is unacceptable to have issues like this which, defiantly will think twice about booking with them again.

Just returned from our first cruise. We were a group of 7, 4 adults (2 of which were in their 70s) and 3 children, aged 16,10 and 6 (16 year old is autistic) So.....what can I say?! IT WAS AMAZING!!! The ship was magnificent, elegant, stylish, EXTREMELY CLEAN and generally just a happy place. The bars were fantastic, the entertainment was brilliant, the staff were so kind, the food was fantastic, the kids clubs were outstanding! I could go on and on honestly. The best holiday we've had. Absolutely fantastic! Booked again for next year :)

Just back off the Ventura, and it was fantastic! Travelled as a family of 6, of all ages. Used the kids clubs and the speciality dining, it was all fantastic. The ship is older, but she is clean, well looked after and definitely a brilliant family all rounder.

Just back from 2 weeks around the Med on Arvia. Beautiful ship! Wonderful crew, so friendly and helpful. So much is said about the food and so little about the entertainment of which there is so much and so much variety We loved the live music, particularly the boys in the 710 Club, Max the busker, and the Limelight Club. 14 nights out with live entertainment to both precede and follow your beautifully served meal in any of the restaurants! Lovely comfortable clean cabins. What's not to like!
