Excellent customer service, very quick delivery by parcel force. One of the ordered items was missed off the first delivery, but PMT kept me informed and it was express delivered the following day. The guitar amp and footswitch were pre-used, but both items were in excellent condition with no signs of being used, and work perfectly. PMT are an excellent company to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

24hr Express delivery took 4 days and the company isn’t actually sent the item due to the barcode being unscathed. It took for me to chase the item to find this out or id still be waiting for it. £400 spent and Anderson’s would have had it here next day. I ordered my first 7 string guitar (Jackson JS22-7) over a month ago, the guitar came and had a major fret buzz issue on one of the strings. After speaking to PMT, I took the train to another city to return the guitar in person. I was then sent a replacement guitar which had a large scratch on the front body of the guitar. I then returned it and received ANOTHER replacement which had the exact same issue as the first guitar, I was assured the guitar would be checked before dispatch but it's the same guitar as the first one I received without any repairs. 3 faulty guitars and over a month later, I'm hoping for a refund to buy the same guitar from another retailer as this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be this difficult to order a guitar online and it arrive in working brand new condition.
