Simplicity and time frame all good

PMT was very quick in sorting my issue. I purchased a Fuel Tank T-REX, However, I found out that the 9v outputs weren't isolated to each other. Unfortunately, the description of the product in their website doesn't mention this. Then, I canceled the purchase, and I asked the refund. They reacted very quickly by giving me the refund the day after and canceling the order for me. Good experience and good timing.

I was told that the delivery day was Thursday so I waited for it all day. It arrived on Friday morning whilst I was at work and my security camera caught the delivery driver drop the package from his shoulder into the floor onto one edge of the parcel!!! He then left the package behind my bins with it sticking quite a way out, with it on view from the road. Luckily I’m at the end of a cul-de-sac and the keyboard is un damaged. I certainly won’t be buying anything from you unless I can pick it up from the store. Parcelfarce suck ass dude!

Notification of delivery and I was not in either occasion when delivery was attempted. Now have a long journey to collect item. Not very helpful at all.

The guitar is fantastic and arrived promptly. I wish the action was lower but not a big deal and in fairness, it’s normal for a new guitar. Very satisfied with the guitar and the price.
