Great service

The guitar was great, didn't have to wait for delivery. Only poor point was the poor quality of the gig bag, very thin with little protection. I looked on line but can,t seem to get a more protective bag for my new guitar.

We had no knowledge at all about the guitar we wanted to buy for our daughter on her 18th. The chap I spoke to was phenomenal!!! Worked to our budget, collected information about our daughter to make sure the product suited all her needs (and then some) absolutely fantastic customer service! Easy purchase and delivery options, I can’t recommend this company enough. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS 🩶

Purchased the amplifier at a very good price and I am very happy with its performance. The delivery was supposed to come on the Tuesday but did not arrive until Wednesday which was presumably a mistake by the courier. PMT did a good service.

Bought a Roland FR1X accordion from the Newcastle store - first dealt with Lewis who was great, even went off to get me the serial number so I could work out exactly how old it was. Had a couple of hours think, then spoke to Gaz, who was also great, and clinched the deal. Both were knowledgable, friendly and decent - no pressure applied - and the accordion arrived quickly afterwards, very well packed indeed, and exactly as described. I will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommended.
