Three faulty guitars and over a month of waiting!
I ordered my first 7 string guitar (Jackson JS22-7) over a month ago, the guitar came and had a major fret buzz issue on one of the strings. After speaking to PMT, I took the train to another city to return the guitar in person. I was then sent a replacement guitar which had a large scratch on the front body of the guitar. I then returned it and received ANOTHER replacement which had the exact same issue as the first guitar, I was assured the guitar would be checked before dispatch but it's the same guitar as the first one I received without any repairs. 3 faulty guitars and over a month later, I'm hoping for a refund to buy the same guitar from another retailer as this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be this difficult to order a guitar online and it arrive in working brand new condition.
