What a shambles. Having waited a month already for I had an Email starting the item was despatched on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. So I take a day off and nothing arrives. I called Thursday to find out what’s happening to be told they don’t have the item and can’t even give me an estimated time the item will be in stock. They didn’t even have decency to contact me to let me know. A complete waste of a day waiting in. They then try to put the blame on the distributor. Sorry, this really is a shambles and I don’t think I will be using them again after this. Very poor service.

Nice guitar. Quite lightweight and looked like new strings. Only downside is it didn't come in original box so no documentation/Allen keys etc so was probably a display model?

I placed an order for an item and got confirmation, but then received an email to say it was not in stock. I asked about two alternatives, but neither of those was available either, though all three items were showing as in stock on their website. They were very quick to reply to emails and organise a refund however. My advice is they need to make sure stock levels are accurate and kept up to date on their website!

The item arrived on time! And appears to be working okay.

Excellent customer service, however the (B-stock) product I ordered - a D'Addario solderless pedal cable kit - was not quite as complete as I was expecting. It was, nevertheless, a good price even at 90% complete.

I purchased the Adam d3v's - Very fast delivery, excellent product, packaged well. Will definitely buy from you guys again!
