I asked twice whether the item supplied was a grey import and if it had a valid manufacturer's warranty, as it didn't come with a UK plug. my question was ignored (I wonder why). Completely unacceptable - I have been purchasing from your Romford store for over 15 years, but this transaction has demonstrated that you are no longer a reliable supplier and I will move on elsewhere.
