So easy to get information ordering so easy no problems

I ordered 3 items which the website allowed, showing they were in stock. Delivery was supposed to be in 3 days, after 3 days I still had no notification of delivery, the website advised the order was 'processing'. After 5 days I received a phone call saying that PMT only actually had 1 in stock, they had another one 'similar' would that be ok? One week after my order I still haven't received my ⅓ of my original order.

Purchasing from PMT in Leeds often frustrates me. When I collected the item, it came without its package for no reason.

Hi, I received a great product, and the PMT team was great as well. The reason for the rating is from the poor experience with the delivery partners DPD. I raised this with your customer service team as feedback - we consistently struggle to receive any packages through DPD in Belfast. I would urge you to reconsider your delivery partners for Northern Ireland. Other than that, no issues on PMT's end. Thanks for my guitar!

The best music sales and support staff i've seen. They really know their stuff. I bought a Hofner bass and a pair of Staff in ears and they were incredibly helpful. My friend came with me and he wasn't sure which stings to get, but the staff were able to ask the right questions to get the correct strings, rather than just grabbing the first strings off the rack. This store was in Birmingham. Highly recommend.
