stock not available
I placed an order for an item and got confirmation, but then received an email to say it was not in stock. I asked about two alternatives, but neither of those was available either, though all three items were showing as in stock on their website. They were very quick to reply to emails and organise a refund however. My advice is they need to make sure stock levels are accurate and kept up to date on their website!
