Website description said used but near mint condition. When the guitar arrived it had a severe chip on the back edge.

Ordered a used pedal. No original packaging, as explained in the advert, but really well wrapped and in better condition than it looked in the online pictures. Very happy with the product, price and delivery.

Ordered a small bass amp, fast delivery and happy with the product however, upon opening the box there was no packaging or cushioning surrounding the amp, no corner protectors ect... Just wrapped in a plastic bag and plonked in a cardboard box, not even heavy duty cardboard.
