excellent customer service. had some issues with tracking which caused some problems with delivery but it was handled extremely well and everybody I spoke to and dealt with was extremely friendly and very professional. the item was used to describe as being in 'as new' condition and I am happy with the condition for the price I paid.

I got a quick response to my enquiry so that was good. Based on the quick response I purchased the item and picked it up the following morning. These are the three stars. On picking up the item I would have expected more interaction (maybe that’s just me), and for £2000.00 a set of spare strings in the case at least would have been nice. I’ve spent this kind of money before at PMT and in 2011/12 things were different- maybe it’s a company stance thing. I’ve used PMT down the years for some pretty hefty purchases and they’re good but come on - i bought a hollowbody with 9s on it and no intonation setup whatsoever, it was absolutely miles off. Its a ten minute job! But i will come back because i honestly think overall they’re decent and honest. Not a bad experience by any means but five stars wouldn’t have taken much! I do like PMT by the way! Xxx Don’t know why my location is Australia- ive not been there for five years. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You stated that Click and Collect orders over £100, you get £10 off. So I bought a peddle for £104 and did not get £10 off.
