Planos Nutrition Reviews

I have worked with Andres several times for a reason, his program works! He is great about sharing his wealth of knowledge, providing guidance and tools to be successful, and help hold you accountable. I have learned so much working with him, and I ALWAYS recommend him when friends ask me “who are you working with to look that good?” 10/10 would recommend!

Planos Nutrition has been the best thing for me on my fitness journey. I feel like I am getting an education in nutrition that is tailored to meet my needs. I know I can ask questions and share victories with Andres. He is not only a registered dietitian, but a therapist, coach, cheerleader wrapped up in one. When I first joined I thought this was going to be all about food and discipline. However, I have learned more about myself and my eating habits than I ever thought possible. Personally, I love to eat my feelings. (Whoops) 😅 With Planos I have been taught to pause, reflect and figure out my why. I know how to make good decisions for me even if I don't want to or I self-sabotage. WHEN I mess up I know it's going to be a judgment-free zone. Andres looks at the whole person not just their diet. I have grown so much in such a positive way. I'm eating too reach my goals, I'm in a better headspace, and I can lift heavier than I ever have. If you need accountability and support, this is the place for you!

I have really enjoyed working with Andres. His content is very organized and informative. It covers most all of the information you would need to complete whatever fitness journey you want to take. The combination of the apps took a little to get used to but now I use them every day and I trust their quality and accuracy. You can tell his process has been thought through and he is really good to work with. No hype, just real world journey. He’s very responsive and available which has been big. I can’t recommend him enough.

This program and the mindset and approach Andres bring is spot on. Not a fad diet type program, but a program that is realistic and is focused on long term success. The combination of diet, exercise, and continuous coaching is perfect. Add to this the blood test and body testing will give you measurable insight into the good and bad of your body… with Andres there to help you rebalance. Andres is practical, provides relevant, but realistic feedback along the way, and is a great coach and guide for you on this journey. I feel 100 times better than I did before the program. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dr. Ayesta and his team go beyond what most services provide. They take care of you in a very holistic manner and set realistic goals all the while keeping you accountable for your eating and movement habits. I have been to other dietitians with my own health insurance, and unfortunately, I cannot say that the quality of client care was not the same. This is my second time doing this and every time, I win my battles with food.

My world was a bit of a mess when I decided to give Planos a try. I started in November 2023 and hit my target weight by spring 2024. That was a side effect of changing my mind set, self talk, relationship with food and so many other obstacles that I didn't think had anything to do with nutrition. Planos is so much more than nutrition coaching. I was ready to be a better version of myself but I could not have succeeded (and continue to succeed) without this community and the foundation they helped me build.

My experience with Coach Andres and Planos was great. I learned so much about how to improve my nutrition and exercise for a more active lifestyle. I even went on a two week vacation during the program and Coach Andres checked on me and helped me continue to make good choices for my health. I feel much stronger and have more stamina than when I first began the program.

I had an awesome experience with Andres. His program gave me the blue print on what I need to do with my diet, while I’m busy juggling work, my son, relationships, and basically adulting as a single father. Andres kept the program simple and easy to fit into my schedule, he also held me accountable. I can’t recommend his program enough, investing in your health is a small price to pay for long term benefits.

7 weeks in and my expectations have already been blown away! It has been an enjoyable journey thus far, it’s always exciting to be able to fit into clothes that have been collecting dust in the back of your closet. Andres’s mindset approach to a healthy lifestyle makes for an attainable and long term solution for diet and exercise. I’m excited for the second half of this program and implementing my new mindset beyond it. This program is for people that want a long term change and a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Best part of this program, is you still get to live your life! Sign up and enjoy the journey, you won’t regret it!

This has been one of the most transformative experiences, both physically and mentally, that I have given to myself. From the minute I decided to put the effort and time into myself, Coach Andres has been fantastic. From the initial zoom, making sure to include my wife in it, to weekly check-ins to texts of encouragement, this program has been amazing. You can just feel that he genuinely cares about all aspects of your health, both physically and mentally, and the classroom work is amazing! Just short of 8 weeks through, I'm down 16 lbs, my energy is up and feel better than I have in years. If you are willing to put in the work and bet on yourself, this is the program that you will want to do. I can't say enough great things about Planos and Coach Andres!

I had a great experience with Planos Nutrition and Andres! From the very first intake call to our last session, he was very detailed and thoughtful. Everything revolved around my WHY, which was a great reinforcement. The accountability was the most significant help for me. That ultimately helped me lose close to 30 lbs while on the program!

From start to finish working with Planos was the best decision I could’ve made in my life. It completely changed my life, my body, my relationship with my partner, my relationship with food and with exercise. This program helped me loose almost 20 lbs and still going down. The support, structure, resources and encouragement of coach Andres is what made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Planos if you’re looking for sustainable results and a true transformation. The investment is worth it!

From the beginning, I felt seen and heard by Coach Andres. He made sure to understand what my goals were and guided me in the right direction! In 4 months I have completely shifted my life and transformed my body into something more resistant, flexible, and resilient. I am extremely satisfied with the program and I would recommend it to anyone.

As a new father, busy professional, and husband, I neglected my fitness and nutrition, believing it would benefit everyone else around me. However, this led to frustration, stress, lack of motivation, and decreased confidence. Realizing I needed to change, I found Andres and his program. After our first call, I knew it was exactly what I needed. His knowledge, commitment, coaching, and support were worth every dollar and more. Following his program led to noticeable results across all aspects of life. The program is scalable and repeatable, helping you build habits for life. Committing to this program will change your mindset, habits, and positively impact your quality of life. Thank you, coach!

This was one of the best decisions for me as an aspiring health coach. Andres is professional and genuinely intent on you reaching your goal. The program is excellent, the support is extensive, they're friendly and most of all I felt very comfortable being a part of the team. The coaching calls are second to none. They support you in every aspect of your journey leaving you empowered with positive mindset. You wont find this anywhere else. Thank you Andres and Team. I feel honored to have met you guys!

Planos has been amazing and life changing for me. I’ve been working with Andres and he’s taught me to learn to love myself through every season of life. I’ve learned about how my body works, that there is no bad food, how to create meal plans and how to listen to my body.

Great team! Coaches are excellent, mine was Ceci and she always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and to teach you how to combine food and get the most nutrient dense and delicious food while maintaining the calorie intake goals on track. 100% recommended!

I have been with Andres and his team for over 5 years when I decided it was time for me to "graduate" from the program. I met Andres back in 2018 and he completely changed my life. A year up until I met Andres I got serious about working out and had different people recommend certain ways of eating that was very restrictive and set on eating chicken, rice , vegetables, no fruits etc. I didn't feel this was healthy for me but I knew very little about nutrition like most of us and was afraid to eat outside of those parameters and ruin my fitness goals/progress. When I was searching for a coach to work with it was important to find someone with credentials and for someone that had clients similar to me who have an active fitness lifestyle and weightlifting. That's when I found Andres and he went beyond expectations. Not only was he coaching me but he was teaching me to the point where I learned how to adjust my macros based on my training style for that season myself. I honestly didn't think I was going to need a coach for more than a year but Andres always found a way to come up with new things and teach me new things month after month. It was definitely worth the time and investment and I highly recommend Andres and the Planos team! Thank you once again Andres!

I am a Wife of 23 years, a mother of two adult children, 37 and 32 and Grandmother to 5, ages 5-8 and, I am a Director of Programs (Non-Residential) for the Arc of Davidson County, Inc, a company that advocates and cares for individuals with developmental disabilities. I have largely dedicated my adult life to caring for others, my husband, my children, my job, anything but myself. As a woman, we fall into that trap. Historically, self-care has been seen as selfish and caring for others has been seen as selfless. Selflessness being the preferred option. I looked at myself January 2, 2023, I weighed 303 lbs., my highest weight yet. I lived my life sitting in my recliner. I typically got up, worked the day cooked supper, and landed in the recliner until bedtime and got up to do it again. The trip to the grocery store was exhausting. I am 5’8” but that is still very heavy. I have 5 grandchildren. I would watch them out the window when they came to visit, I couldn’t go outside to play with them. I just didn’t have the energy. I had the desire. I lived what I thought to be a very sad life. I was depressed. Who wouldn’t be? I made the decision to do something! I started counting my calories. It was hard but I had lost about 10 lbs. in a month. I connected with Andres Ayesta on Instagram and he and I began talking in the chat. He began telling me about the Planos program and asking me about my life. What he was telling me made sense. I signed on the end of February and connected with my coach shortly after. She has been nothing short of a Godsend. I cannot say enough good things about Ceci. Part friend, part mentor, part coach and I am sure she could kick my butt if I needed it. I want this so badly that I don’t believe she will ever need to do it. I have lost nearly 50 lbs. I feel better. I am more active than I have been in decades. I have signed up for and completed a 5k (now I walk 3 miles almost daily uphill on my treadmill). I have been attending t-ball games for my grandchildren and getting ready to go to a dance recital for a granddaughter and these events do not do me in for the day. I still have energy to do my regular everyday activities. I am somewhere between 1/3 and ½ way to goal. The goal is fluid as I don’t know where my body will land. I am leaving that to my body. I will find a comfortable healthy weight. If I hadn’t acted, I would either still be in that awful depressing chair right now or worse. Love yourself enough to take care of yourself. Allow yourself the help to get to your goals. Planos, and especially Ceci, have been invaluable in this health journey. It’s not just weight loss. It is the whole person. I have learned boundaries; self-care is not selfish among many other valuable things. Planos takes a holistic approach to health.

Planos takes all aspects of your life into account, not just nutrition. You get an education and hands on coaching plus materials I haven’t even touched yet! They have monthly challenges, group discussions, online trainings, and one on one coaching at a very reasonable investment. The apps they use are easy and helpful. For me personally, the results have been fantastic! I have always struggled with losing weight - but more importantly, keeping it off. For over 25 years, I have tried and failed to get below the weight I was 25 years ago. Andreas and Ceci changed the way I think about eating. I have not only lost weight and kept it off, I am also more energetic and focused. It has made me more confident in other areas of my life as well. I can’t say enough positives about the Planos process and would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to lose weight and keep it off - and are serious about making the changes they need in their lives. And I’m not talking about any FAD diet, Pills, Keto, Vegan, whatever - you can still eat what you like, Planos helps you change the way you think about food - and your overall well being!
