Dr. Ayesta and his team go beyond what most services provide. They take care of you in a very holistic manner and set realistic goals all the while keeping you accountable for your eating and movement habits. I have been to other dietitians with my own health insurance, and unfortunately, I cannot say that the quality of client care was not the same. This is my second time doing this and every time, I win my battles with food.
