I had a great experience with Planos Nutrition and Andres! From the very first intake call to our last session, he was very detailed and thoughtful. Everything revolved around my WHY, which was a great reinforcement. The accountability was the most significant help for me. That ultimately helped me lose close to 30 lbs while on the program!
