Delighted with the new system, vast improvement on my old one.
I was attracted by the fact that the filter is reusable and easy to set up. My only quibble is that after two weeks there is still quite a lot of charcoal dust coming out into the water

I have been using Phox for quite a while now. I have two pitchers and constantly use them in an effort to reduce my families use of disposible water bottles. Our local tap water is heavily chlorinated (smells like "pool water") and that smell and the taste are gone all due to my Phox filters!

I like the idea of reducing plastic waste, but the assembly of the Phox filter is a bit “faffy” and the top/lid of the filter cartridge comes very easily as I found out! After soaking, I tried to lift the cartridge out of the jug, the top came off and all the charcoal spilt out and I had to start again. A whole 45 days supply of charcoal down the drain. Needs to be a simpler process

We got the glass water filter, which we hoped would be an improvement from our Brita filter… and it is in some ways but it’s quite heavy/clunky. The handle feels like it’s not quite in the right place, the filtering speed is quite slow and capacity not quite enough. Once we go through the filtering packs we may look at installing water filters instead but for now, it’ll do I guess.

The Phox clear is absolutely brilliant. Had extremely hard water in my holiday lodge. Purchased a Phox V2 clear and like magic the scale in the kettle and the scum on top of the cup of tea have dissapeared. Fully recommended this product to anyone in a hard water area (east of England )
A great product, I really like the flavour and quality. I recently had a few issues with the app forgetting when I last changed the filter causing me to empty it before new filters were delivered but the support team were great and sent me a replacement so I wasn't without fresh filtered water!
Would recommend if you're looking for an eco-friendly glass water filter.
