Why You Should Avoid the Phox V2 - 2.2L Glass Water Filter If you're considering purchasing the Phox V2 - 2.2L Glass Water Filter, think again. This product suffers from serious design flaws that make it more trouble than it’s worth. Major Issues: 1. Leaking Design: The filter leaks from the middle when there’s any water in the reservoir. Although it’s marketed as holding 2.2L, that’s only achievable if the glass jar (1.5L) and reservoir (0.75L) are both filled. If you use the reservoir, expect leaks. Customer support confirmed that the jug isn’t designed for full use, making it effectively a 1.5L filter with a bulky, empty top. 2. Poor Pouring Design: The spout is tucked away under the lid, making it hard to see where the water will pour out. This awkward design leads to messy spills and frustration. In summary, this product is poorly designed and misadvertised. Save your money and look for a more reliable water filter that meets your needs.

They do not tell you how heavy this jug is when full. So elderly, those people who haven't got strong wrists be warned. I bought this in 2022 and it's been sitting in the cupboard, so today I get rid to make room in my cupboard.

I find you a little expensive

I recently purchased the cartridge from Phox Water for my Russell Hobbs kettle. I’m fed up with using the ones from Brita as there is nowhere to recycle them and they end up in landfill… My new cartridge from Phox Water arrived quickly and well packaged. All the packaging is paper or cardboard which can be recycled. . Brilliant. It was straight forward to empty the satchel contents into the cartridge and set it all up. Takes a couple of minutes. My kettle is now set up and filtering the water before I boil it for my cup of tea or coffee. I no longer worry about where can I recycle the used Brita filter as I won’t be buying them anymore. Oh and the new one from Phox has another sachet in which to replace the old contents in a months time. The old contents can be recycled in my garden. Well done Phox Water.

First time using a water filter and so far so good. Water is tasty and everything is easy to use and set up.

I really like this company. They're doing their bit for the environment and so helping others to do the same,they are are "homegrown"(British) and they have an extremely easy to navigate website. I also think that their prices are very fair. 10/10

Arrived quickly. Personally I think it makes a huge difference to my water. I have been using them for over a year, I have tried other makes but I prefer the taste of phox.

I inadvertantly ordered a jug and refills instead of refills. I used the online chat and I received clear instructions on how to return the jug. Phox Water made it so easy for me to return the jug and I did not have to pay return postage which was very kind being as it was my mistake. Exceptional customer service from Rachael.
