I bought this water filter after visiting my daughter and tasting the water from her water filter. I was surprised how much nicer the water tasted compared to tap water. It was delivered the next day and the instructions were clear. I was also impressed with how quickly the water was filtered, and l think it will encourage me to drink more water.

So far so good! I got rid of my Brita Filter because I didn’t feel good about throwing the filters away and my water sitting in a plastic container. The Phox is great and the water tastes good. Feel much better using a glass container and refillable filter!

Quick delivery, sturdy jug, it's a jar with add ons. Basic but very sensible design and looks good. We bought the V2 glass counter top style. Recently moved into a house with a borehole and although water testing shows it is safe to drink it has an unpleasant after taste. We are used to chlorine! Filtering through this jug has so far eliminated this and we no longer have to buy bottled water to drink. We are in a soft water area so are using the alkaline filter. Slow to trickle through but just refill reservoir regularly and not a problem.

I love this filter jug! Its easy to order and refill, and the water tastes so much better, to the point where visitors often comment on it. I have bought this as a gift for friends and family too and they have all been really happy with it.

I've been using Phox Alkaline filter subscription for a couple years now and I absolutely love it! You can taste the difference in the water, teas, and coffees made using this filter and I love that you dont constantly through the filter cartridge out!

Fast delivery of filters.

Initial experience with Phox has been good and no problems with new jug or filter materials. Decided to leave the world of plastic waste with this brilliant idea. Love the fact company is UK based and has filters to suit our local water supply. Delivery was fast so very little wait to get started. We decided on the Wave jug although was tempted by the glass version but we wanted something to fit fridge door shelf. The wave does this perfectly. Filter is easy enough to set up and no more work than our old plastic cartridge option. Water tastes great so more than happy with purchase.

Had to get a friend to assemble...really difficult to untwist the jar...arthritis...not your fault...and also doesnt fit under my mixer tap...looks great though...when I can I will buy the other type of jug...
