I love the taste of water filtered by Phox. I also love the way the Phox bottle keeps my drinks cool for a long time.

Happy to have a reusable filter but it does have a tendency to filter more and more slowly. This requires taking the filter carton out of the jug and turning it upside down, tapping and running cold water onto the little grids on the underside of the carton to clear the small particles causing the blockage.

Great product that - so far - is working well - the kettle is clear of build up and the water from the glass Phox jug tastes fine.

Been using the Phox 12 month refill packs for a couple of years now. A fantastic product that massively reduces waste plastic and also lasts longer than the generic replacement filters. The service is exemplary and pricing is perfect. 10/10

What an interesting concept for water filters and we were keen to try it out. The ordering system on the website was easily negotiated as well as the repeat option for the correct filters. The delivery options were explained and the parcel arrived within the given time. The box containing the jug was completely free of any plastic and consisted of just cardboard and paper. The instructions for the insertion of the filters were clear and concise and the jug pours well and has a sturdy handle and is easy to refill from the tap. A fantastic enterprise and this home grown UK company should be given huge support and we wish them every success.

Love my new phox water filter and water bottle, it tastes great 👍, Easy video to help set it up ,very helpful. I decided on the plastic container as I have arthritis in my hands and I've had no trouble filling the container up and pouring water out of it. So I'm a very happy customer. Me and my partner are actually drinking more water. If you have any doubts about this product then dont because it's brilliant

Really reasonable way of staying sustainable. Usually swapping to more sustainable products makes a bigger dent in your bank account, but these work out cheaper than the filters in the shops. Really ingenious and so easy to install and use. Very impressed and will be sticking with Phox 👌

I have been using Phox since March 2023. I have never bought a Brita filter again! It reduces drastically the amount of plastic needed, water tastes great and it is a more responsible purchase. I recommend it!
