Quick delivery and great product

My Phox water filter arrived amazingly quickly and I couldn't be happier with it. I've been putting off buying a filter for a long time because of concerns about single use plastic, and this solves my concern. I love how everything arrives wrapped in cardboard or paper. And it has completely removed the bad taste from our tap water.

I've been using the compatible filter for a while now and it works great, but I needed a new jug and decided to get the Phox one. So glad I did because it fits my fridge door perfectly and changing the filter is a breeze. It also pours far better. I love that I'm supporting a UK company as well. Total win-win.

I love the system and the limited use of plastic. The shipping to the US was a bit of a surprise. But it is what it is...

it's nice and easy to use and lighter than expected.

With the arrival of summer, I was looking for something to keep water cool in the fridge and improve the taste of my tap water. I discovered Phox when researching water filters and the refillable filters appealed to me as they are better for the environment. The Phox website was easy to use and I like that they suggested the best option for me. The jug and filters arrived quickly and were well-packaged. Setting up was a little confusing based on the written information but the video on the website cleared things up. I also had to message to see if the filter packaging was recyclable as I couldn't easily find out, but they got back to me really quickly. We've been enjoying the taste of the water. I wish there was an easier way to track how much water we've used so that I know if we need to change it before the 45 days is up. I have signed up for email alerts as the app is poorly reviewed, so I'll have to see if a reminder comes through.

The PHOX team are very helpful and helping me with a replacement. I find a very reliable service.
