A mixed and odd experience. The company were great at offering me a good deal at an excellent price. But when the mattress arrived it wasn’t quite as advertised. The materials used weren’t the same as the website stated and the top layer wasn’t on square. I took some photos and emailed them to ask what the top layer was and if this was normal. They were great and instantly offered me a full refund, but after multiple attempts to find out what material it was I am still none the wiser. It’s pretty comfortable! A little softer perhaps than I would like. But considering it was free I’m pretty happy. Edit: Thanks for clarifying that for me REM FIT! Added a star for solving the mystery 👍
