The water is brilliantly clear and tasty it actually tastes clean.Theres no plastic waste too due to the filter not being plastic which is great for the environment. All round brilliant. 👍👍👍

I like the idea of not using so much plastic, this is why I got the jug. I’ve got a few issues, 1, the jug is heavy, maybe because I’m old and it’s made of glass, but it seems very weighty, almost top heavy when you first fill it up. 2, because the glass jug is wide, I’m having a bit of a problem screwing the top on properly, my hand span isn’t wide enough to do it comfortably. I thought I’d screwed it on properly then tried to pour and the top came off, water everywhere! 3, the sachet the the cartridge filter comes in seems to have plastic on the inside. While it’s not as much as the cartridge would have been, I’m not happy about throwing it into the bin. Is there some way you can get around this? Things I like: the water tastes so much better! The packaging (apart from the cartridge filter package), is better for the environment. It sits on my counter top looking good, I don’t like my water in the fridge because cold water doesn’t hydrate you so well. Last thing, I think it’s ok just to thrown the used grains into the garden, or in the bin, not sure though, maybe I missed something in the blur

Have had it for a week now, best tasting clean smooth water, is better than the other one I had. Really pleased.

I like using this product as it doesn't involve using wasteful and environment unfriendly plastic each time you need to replace a unit. The goods are also sent in eco-friendly packaging.

I dropped our water filter's glass water jug and smashed it. Contacted Phox and had a replacement, FOC except delivery charge, within days. Absolutely great service. Thank you.

The Phox water filter was leaking but after some great help from a Phox representative they were able to send a replacement seal which stopped the leak. Simple yet effective in prolonging the life of the Phox Water Filter.

Unfortunately the cartridge did not fit my water filter jug

I love that it's a glass jug, and that the filter is reusable. The only thing so far I don't like is how hard I found it to push the filter down, and the fact that it doesn't seem to close securely. And that the handle for the whole thing is attached to the filter instead of the jug, which seems illogical and makes me a bit paranoid

The online order was easy and straightforward. The jug was delivered in good time. The problem is the internal reservoir to hold the water has a thin crack. Phox is going to send a replacement. The issue is inconvenient.
