Phox products are delivered quickly and the ethos of a reusable filter is one I really like.

A great idea spoilt by poor product quality control. Seals leak and the granules get clogged up very quickly making the jugs effectively useless. Support is not very good either as they have pat answers which do not solve your problems. I have thrown both Phox jugs away and replaced them with an alternative which is working as it should

I have been using Phox cartridges for over a year now and love the softener one for my hard water. I use the compatible cartridges in my existing glass jug and find them easy to use and long lasting. My water is clear and good to drink and my tea brews and tastes better when using the filtered water.

Love the style of the glass holder and water tastes great after filtration

I ordered to ensure as a family we were drinking more water and wanted something to fit into my fridge so water was clean and cold. Very happy and I will be referring Phox to friends and family.

I’m happy with the glass jug, well packaged and doesn’t take long to filter through.

No plastic waste. I put the granules on the garden, they are gritty so keep snails at bay: win! win! Water tastes great. The app tells you when to change the filter which is super easy to do. Changed from the other well-known make and would heartedly recommend this.

Pricing was good but packaging was poor and I’m amazed we received it in one piece. Lack of shipping to Europe is a bit of a disappointment and surprising.

Excellent communication and service. Cannot fault this company for their product or service.

I live in a hard water area, using replacement water filters for years. I've seen the ad for phox for some time now and decided to go with it. Good informative website, easy to set up account, opted for Phox Wave system with Clean filters. The filters last for 45 days, which is longer than the maxtra onesr. 10% discount off my first order. Jug fits inside fridge door, no more nasty scaled up kettle. Tea, coffee and water now taste good. Fast, free delivery, well packaged. Very pleased. Thank you.
