I have no fault with pets at home. Unfortunately changing from dpd delivering to evri is a mistake

We always order our dog food with pets at home always helpful even when i don't know how to use my phone absolutely always friendly and happy to help

The staff deserve 5 stars. However Pets at Home deserve nothing!. I shop there regularly, as there is little choice and it's convenient. I have the loyalty card. I spend between £10 and over £70. I never have a voucher to get anything off. Any vouchers relate to things I don't buy.

I always get what I'm looking for

I was picking up a click and collect order. It was dealt with promptly and i helped out to my car has the items were quite heavy.

Clean and friendly stores and staff are very polite. It can be hard to get assistance at times though but they are always willing to help once you have found somebody.

I had a delivery of dog food in foil trays and 3 of the 24 trays were damaged in transit. This was most likely caused by the delivery organisation but after ringing the support line at Pets at Home I spoke to Julie L who quickly and efficiently issued me with a refund for my 3 damaged trays. I was very impressed with the speed at which this issue was sorted out and Julie L was professional and polite throughout the entire conversation on Live Chat. Thank you 😊

Box badly damaged on arrival 4 items were missing and it was a nightmare trying to get a refund in the end I was refunded for 3 of the items will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anybody
