Pleased with the items but a star lost because you use Evri for delivery. For some reason some of my order was delivered by DPD (which was all great, please only use them in future) but one item was delivered by Evri, usual experience of item being chucked on the floor, no knock at door or ring of doorbell ( all available to view on our cameras).
