I found what I wanted for the wild birds and it wasn't too expensive.
Easy to order online Only complaint order was due to be delivered today between 5/6 pm It was delivered sellotaped together left on doorstep while I was out just after 2 pm. Anyone could have taken it 😡😡
Very good customer service after order marked as collected. Hadn't received due to store had a power cut. Replaced ordered and sent to home address thankyou

Very complicated process for a 73 disabled man since computers were not invented when I was not disabled with MS and other things. I am self taught and managed to muddle through what I think was a chat with Emily H which I think is some sort of computer magic. I am not really sure but I think my order has been sorted out. I really would have preferred to talk to a human on a telephone but I suppose us old people will die out like the dinosaurs.

Awful overpriced products and animal care is the worst! The staff have no clue what they’re talking about and are so bad at giving advice. Don’t buy animals or animal cages/toys from here!

Pets at Home deliveries are the easiest way to get bulky items like cat litter and food. They have messed up the order a couple of times but always resent items quickly. James M. on web chat had arranged a new delivery before I had even finished the chat!
Placed an order online to click and collect at our Guildford store, when I picked up the order I realised they sent a black lead not a red lead (luckily I noticed before I left Guildford store). Store stated if I reorder in the same way it’s likely to happen again! They suggested they reorder for home delivery but I would have to pay delivery (store would not budge on this), even though this was Pets at Homes error and I had already wasted my time and fuel going to pick up an order with the wrong item! Once I returned home I realised that not only did they charge me delivery, I was overcharged for the lead as they didn’t honour my original discount code! I immediately complained and then waited four working days for a response, only to be told I need to go back to the store, waste more of my time and fuel to be able to get a refund. I get companies make mistakes but it doesn’t excuse the extremely poor customer service I have received.
Easy website to order on. Delivery on time. ETA information accurate. Variety of food good for our dog & wild birds & good prices. We always use Pets at Home for delivery & in-store items
