Terrible customer service …

Placed an order online to click and collect at our Guildford store, when I picked up the order I realised they sent a black lead not a red lead (luckily I noticed before I left Guildford store). Store stated if I reorder in the same way it’s likely to happen again! They suggested they reorder for home delivery but I would have to pay delivery (store would not budge on this), even though this was Pets at Homes error and I had already wasted my time and fuel going to pick up an order with the wrong item! Once I returned home I realised that not only did they charge me delivery, I was overcharged for the lead as they didn’t honour my original discount code! I immediately complained and then waited four working days for a response, only to be told I need to go back to the store, waste more of my time and fuel to be able to get a refund. I get companies make mistakes but it doesn’t excuse the extremely poor customer service I have received.
