Pergo Flooring Reviews

Had a small issue with one plank about 6 months after installation and their warranty service was excellent. They came out quickly and fixed it at no charge. The floors continue to look beautiful and are holding up wonderfully to daily wear and tear.

The flooring is definitely high quality and looks fantastic, but I feel like we paid a premium compared to other options. Installation was professional but took longer than the original estimate. Still happy with the final result, just wish it was more budget-friendly.

Cannot believe the difference these floors made! Our whole house feels updated and modern. The installation was seamless and completed in just two days. Definitely worth every penny.

From initial consultation to final installation, the service was top-notch. They helped us choose the perfect color and style for our home. Installation was completed efficiently and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality flooring.

While the final product looks good, the installation process was frustrating. Multiple delays and poor communication from the scheduling team. The installers themselves were skilled, but the overall experience was stressful. Would recommend the product but maybe find a different installer.

The flooring quality is definitely there, but had some issues with the installation crew. They did good work but left quite a mess that I had to clean up myself. Customer service was responsive when I called about it. The floors themselves are beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

Had Pergo flooring installed in our living room and kitchen last month. The quality is excellent and it looks amazing. Installation team was professional and finished on time. Only minor complaint is that scheduling took a bit longer than expected, but overall very satisfied with the results.

The flooring itself is high quality and looks great in our home. However, there were some communication issues during the project timeline. A few delays weren't communicated until the last minute. The end result is beautiful though, and the floors have held up well over the past year.

Absolutely love our new Pergo floors! They look like real hardwood but are so much more practical with kids and pets. The installation process was smooth and the crew cleaned up nicely afterward.

Really happy with our decision to go with Pergo. The floors add so much character to our home and are incredibly practical for daily life. The waterproof feature is amazing for our mudroom area. Installation team was courteous and professional throughout the process.

Three years later and our Pergo floors still look brand new despite heavy foot traffic. Easy to clean and maintain.

These floors are a game-changer! Spills wipe up easily and they handle our dog's nails without scratching. Installation was quick and clean.
