Quick shipment of my replacement UV light.

Excellent product and service.

The UV lamp that came with your system had never been used because I had no electric circuit for plugging it in. When I moved into the house and got an electrician to install that circuit, the UV lamp did not work. Your customer support technician told me the warranty period was over, and although the lamp had never been used I had to buy a replacement. I then ordered and received a replacement lamp for the UV treatment in my filter system, using the part number provided by your customer service for my system. The part number was indeed the same as the lamp I needed to replace, but the part itself was very different, much smaller in diameter. My plumber had to find an adapter so that your replacement part could be mounted into my system, and this added two hours at $75.00 each to my installation. This additional expense could have been avoided if you had sent me the correct part, instead of only a different part with the same part number.

I just had the carbon filter/softener (1800) with the UV systems installed in my house for about 5 days now and I see huge difference between the old and the new waters used in the showers. Our skins are so dried and my skin is somewhat showing much better. I have not yet tasted it as for my drinking water but I’ll definitely try it in a few more days to make sure all of the dirty stuffs sticker in my pipes flushed away. So far I really love the systems and I recommend it to all; especially, to those with dry skin like myself.

We installed the PC600 System 7 years ago and have experienced no problems. The Pelican staff could not have been more helpful during a scheduled unit media service and the company’s ‘help videos’ are very well produced and contain excellent demonstrated instructions. Very Satisfied, Gary C.

I am very pleased with my Pelican shower water filter. It enhanced my showering experience!

Sales helped even after hours to be sure I had the complete set of equipment I needed for my shallow well. Ordering was easy and the equipment arrived well boxed and bundled on a pallet. Install instructions were well written and easy to follow. It is online and working, the water is so much better, the smells are gone, the hardness is gone and no added flavor, just nice clean water. Only issue has been my understanding the chlorine injection, how to measure and value to set to for my installation which I am working with support to resolve.

Some review and update to on line presence to make it easier to identify products and replacement parts. Service great and satisfied with product.

So impressed with your tech-support. Clemente went through each step for us and on top of sending us a video. So impressed and our filter charcoal came the next day. Can’t say enough about you people very good people to work with.

Although we haven't yet purchased a system, we've had a few conversations with Kyle and others, done their water test, plus have received great reports from friends who use their whole house system. I have found this company to be the most professional and customer focused company of any I've contacted and would heartily recommend them for those interested in any type of water filtration system.

Our water is amazing now.

Replaced our water filtration unit with a Pelican filtration and water softener system. We also added instant hot water. We are shocked at the difference in our water. Clothes are softer, shower door is cleaner, we waste less water waiting for hot water, our hair feels cleaner and softer, our dishes are cleaner. Our experience with our installer was above expectations. On time, clean, courteous, and personable.

I have noticed the difference in the drinking water. it has been good. I have not had Pelican water this long to give a full evaluation.

I needed a battery for the counter-top water filter. It was sent out right away. Good customer service.

Great product with 5-star customer service. During installation, I must have called 3 or 4 times. Each time, I was greeted with a positive attitude and a genuine interesting in helping complete the installation. The installation kit is very helpful as it includes flexible tubes that allow you to move the tanks, if necessary. Everything fit together nicely and the stainless steel covers make it look good as well. It's great to not have to lug bottled water from the store anymore.
