shipped and received my salt free water softener with in a few days . installation was vary easy . finding the Seral no? had to call customer service to find it. notation of location wood be helpful . time will tell how good it works.
Though we've only had our Pelican Water System a short time, I am already thrilled with it. I have noticed a marked improvement in how my skin feels after showering. Our water had so much chlorine in it that I dreaded washing my face or brushing my teeth with it (the odor was quite powerful), not to mention that it made my skin very itchy. My husband was able to do the install himself after a master plumber walked him through the process. The only surprise was how much all the fittings cost in addition to the unit itself, but even knowing that now, I'd purchase this water system again in a heartbeat.

All in all so good as of now.pleased with the results of water quality. Except for the filter . Needs to have a " bleader " button it ro release pressure ro open rhe housing to access the filter..
Best thing I ever did for our home was to put in an "whole home" water filter system by Pelican Water Systems. The water taste is better - our coffee taste is better, and we have no more problems with calcium build-up in the facets or shower heads!

I use to purchase so much bottled water it was crazy, gallon jugs and the 16 oz bottles. I was sick of paying for it, carrying it and then storing it at home, so happy I purchased the pelican water reverse osmosis system. It is much better than the old ones (had one about 20 years ago) this has good water pressure and no more buying,carrying and storing bottled water. I also like that they send me filters when it is time to change so I don't have to keep track. Love it.
