dont buy no filters from these guys. its hard to install takes hours the instructions are gery vague and hard to hnderstand and the water leaks out the bottom of the filter so you either have to buy a special seal for it or just keep cleaning up th water every time you need water . just buy a filter from somewhere else and save your time and money

They sold me a non-salt water softener only to learn later that’s not technically accurate. After six months of dish and hair film and having up sold me on this “better model” and having also bought a purifier and UV system, the best they could do was sell me the correct unit at a discount and tell me to sell the original unit on EBay. So now I’m also paying for a second installation. Don’t buy from Pelican!!

Pelican beats any other water system. I know have water I can drink from the faucet... Was a bit concerned about the original cost. BUT what I have gained hasn't be achieved with any of my past attempts with other water systems. PELICAN is worth the initial expense.

Got the system in one day. I installed it and it works great.

Great Water System. We love it and works great. Sales advisor and installers were professional and prompt. Note: Not happy with the tanks being put in the soil. Sales advisor sold me on the fact that they would put down pavers and or blocks to set the tanks on. My wife wants me to move it or take it out. This is an ugly install and will have to try to hide it.

The sales representative over the phone spoke to me with experience, knowledge and willingness to explain in detail everything about the different systems. The water system I ordered came in the mail within three days. I was perfectly happy and would purchase from Pelican Water Systems again.

Customer service is always 5 star! The instructions could be printed a little larger with arrows labeling all the parts mentioned in the text.

Pelican Water has helped my skin get better. After 4 years and seeing all kinds of doctors we decided to try Pelican water shower filter. We have a brand new softening system but I felt we needed something more in our shower. My skin is finally healing!!!

I have had my Pelican water system for one year now and I have been very pleased with it and the service. When it was nearly time to change the light unit, it came in the mail in plenty of time. And my nephew easily installed it. I love that I don't have to use fabric softener or dryer sheets anymore.

We ordered the whole house (PSE1800-PUV-7) filter/salt system with the UV kit as we have well water. The product arrived timely and in great shape. We also ordered the install kit which simplified the installation greatly. I did have to go to Home Depot for a few PVC connectors, but this was expected. Once installed the system has performed exceptionally well with no loss of water pressure. Installation is straight forward. Any DIY can install. Would definitely recommend.

Just installed the unit. seems to be working ok. will know in a few weeks. the concept is very good. will give a detailed opinion in a month or so. the service from Pelican was top rate and very professional.
