Jaja, the Customer Service Rep, was amazing. She helped with my query and reassured that everything will be resolved. And so it was.
The service was exceptional, especially Keren and Rona. The helped so much with changing a flight and made a very stressful situation so much easier to get through. I am very impressed by the entire team helping with payment extensions and complex changes.

I’m really happy, I have originally booked my flight to Israel,. Nica was so informative, and really helped me, changed my flight destination, gave me details and break downs on what the cost would be to change flight destination. I paid upfront the amount that needed to be paid, to change my flight. To my suprise, the flight had dropped and Nico refunded me the amount that didn’t need to be paid based on flight prices dropping. Where will you honestly find this kind of customer service, and honesty. I’m so appreciative and very happy. I will be continuing to book my flights with PayLater.
