I’m really happy
I’m really happy, I have originally booked my flight to Israel,. Nica was so informative, and really helped me, changed my flight destination, gave me details and break downs on what the cost would be to change flight destination. I paid upfront the amount that needed to be paid, to change my flight. To my suprise, the flight had dropped and Nico refunded me the amount that didn’t need to be paid based on flight prices dropping. Where will you honestly find this kind of customer service, and honesty. I’m so appreciative and very happy. I will be continuing to book my flights with PayLater. Thank you so much Nica, for your patience with me, quick to respond to my emails, willingness to help, and your honesty to refund the difference in flight pay. Kind Regards Jean
