My first encounter on the assistance…

My first encounter on the assistance chat was with Mila, who asked for the PTL number but then left me waiting and never returned. I waited for 15 minutes before Jaja stepped in. Jaja was incredibly helpful—quickly looking into the issue, resolving it efficiently, and processing my refund. Thank you, Jaja, for your assistance and for reassuring me throughout our conversation that you would take care of the issue. I truly appreciate your support and professionalism.

Concern on Double booking

When I got a call from Ms Rona yesterday, I didn’t expect that my issue will be solved that easily. Very prompt reply and very trustworthy

Very prompt reply. Very courteous. Very accomodating. Will not leave you behind unless the problem wasnt solve. Very comforting. No promises but act straight away. No seconds delay in replying emails. Highly worth mentioning Yayan for a very prompt to answer questions. Highly recommend Paylater travel for large family like me wanting to have some fresh air and wanting a holiday flights lock in and pay overtime. The same cost with paying upfront.no extra charges.

Unfortunately I had to cancel our holiday and Rona helped me with doing that. She provided me with what options I could take and made sure it was what I wanted. She replied to my emails really fast and it was all taken care of in less than an hour. Thank you so much Rona and the PLT team.
