Please do not use this service if you need flexibility for unexpected events. My partner was unable to fly to Croatia due to health issues last minute. They would not give me any money or credit back - when I was booking I didn’t not see any refundable options. It’s my stupid mistake for using something like this but if I can warn people to not use this service unless you are 100% happy with your dates and make sure it’s a refundable option because you will not see that money again if you need to cancel a flight!
