Works fine most of the time but I've had issues with the GPS not recognizing my location correctly. Had to manually search for my parking zone which defeats the purpose of the convenience. When it works smoothly though, it's fantastic.

The app itself is decent but had a billing issue that took forever to resolve. Kept getting charged even after my session ended. Eventually got it sorted but the customer service response time was pretty slow.

The convenience factor is definitely there - being able to pay through my phone is awesome. However, the rates are pretty steep compared to traditional meters. Still use it regularly though because the ease of use is worth it for me.
