ParcelABC is one of the best. I recently used its service to send a package. Michal helped me a lot. First, he helped with the invoice of the package, he made sure the invoice was with the package. Then he helped with my questions about delivery time and route for delivery. Our case was urgent because the receiver would leave the destination country soon. Michal made sure to listen to my concerns and take necessary action. He was understanding and very quick to reply. Thank you Michal for everything you have done. ParcelABC can perform well because of employees like you. The company can rely on you. When it comes to ParcelABC, they have a wonderful offer with pricing, plus, delivery time is much shorter given the price was really good. Usually, for that price, packages take about 3-4 weeks to arrive in distant countries and the rate would be even more expensive than ParcelABC. I have to say that they made good relationships with different providers like FedEx etc. Because the offer of ParcelABC is so much cheaper than FedEx itself. And it is fast. Customer service is top. We will surely use it again and again if the service remains good like now. 100% recommended.

La peor opción que una persona pueda elegir no se las recomiendo,una vez que pagas solo te mandan 2 correos con unas etiquetas y de ahí nadie te asesora menos te responden al único correo que tienen pague 61 dolares de un envío de Bolivia hacia Perú y hasta ahora nadie te explica ni te informan de nada y ese link de seguimiento está de adorno perdí tiempo y dinero y no hay nadie que pare esta estafa de parcelabc.!!!

EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE Nunca en la vida hasta el dia de hoy me senti tan estafado por una empresa, desde la falsa puntuacion que muestran en el buscador ( ya que la misma no esta verificada por google, sino que es un invento de la empresa) hasta la poca profesionalidad de los trabajadores, PARCELABC NO ES UNA EMPRESA DE ENVIOS, son simples intermediarios que lo unico que haces es cobrar comisiones para contratar otros servicios de envios por ejemplo UPS. Por ende cuando UPS extravia tu paquete (algo muy comun en UPS) al hacer la reclamacion a PARCELABC solamente responden que ellos son intermediarios y no pueden hacerse cargo. La verdad me sorprende que hoy en dia haya empresas de este tipo dedicadas a estafar a los consumidores y lo que mas me sorprendes es que ningun organismo de defensa del consumidor tome cartas en el asunto. Por supuesto que mi caso va a seguir la via judicial, esto no va a quedar asi, SOLO DEJO LA OPINION PARA SALVAR AL RESTO DE POSIBLES CONSUMIDORES DE CAER EN ESTA DETESTABLE EMPRESA.

Punctuality and clear corespondence

Awful service! I am sure the parcel was lost, although they claim that there are some problems with that. The parcel is in the transit for almost 1 month and still no information about it. The manager I communicate with remains unresponsive for weeks, unless I ask him what's going on, so I have to keep that in mind all the time. Will never use the service again!

All it s ok.....

I placed an order on 6 October asking for my parcel to be collected from Olbia ASAP for delivery to the UK ASAP. This is my business phone so really important. It still hasn't been collected from Olbia and I have chased several times. I paid the extra £13 for insurance so the price wasn't cheap. I am thinking I will have to arrange for a different courier to pick up this parcel as I no longer trust this courier. The only good thing is they haven't lost the parcel, though that is only because they haven't collected it.

Overall easy, affordable and efficient. I am from Canada and left an item behind in one hotel in Lithuania and was traveling to Budapest but only had a short stay so was counting on it arriving in time. Setting up the pick and drop off was easy and my package arrived in Budapest before I did. Great service!

Very responsive company, and especially manager Michał. He is open, supportive, and highly professional. It was a pleasure working with him and the company. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and commitment to quality.
