Very bad delivery! My order number is ESCZ-915309645. YOU LOST MY PARCEL WITH EXPENSIVE THINGS! Don’t use them or trust them! I want to talk to your Head Manager or Director! This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. My package was lost, and throughout that time, I was sent nothing but nonsense messages clearly aimed at delaying the situation. Now, after three months, they suddenly tell me, “Sorry, we can’t deal with this anymore your parcel was delivered” Delivered WHERE???? Excuse me, but what? How can a company operate like this? Where is my package? This is beyond unprofessional, and the way they drag things out is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. Just terrible.

ParcelABC has provided wrong address to GLS and there´s nobody at ParcelABC to even answer my emails properly and it is impossible to contact them by phone. Horrible communication with no results. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!
First courier I paid you for never turned up to collect the package. I then paid you again for next day delivery with Fedex package only arrived today five days later.

I use ParcelABC regularly to ship parcels within Europe. So far everything has been collected and delivered. When I’ve had to contact customer service, response has always been fast and answered my questions. Prices are competitive, cheaper than going direct to the couriers themselves. My experience with this company is positive.

Very good way to receive a good freight rate. However I still have problems negotiating the booking service on the web, and I am quite often having to liaise by email and not getting through for a while because my time zone is not in sync with Europe. An example I often have is having the purchase of goods in different currencies; but the freight often doesn't accord with those currencies, and getting it changed means I have to liaise with London by email & this can be a cumbersome process
I paid for an express service at an incredibly high premium and the information that was given to me was that for this service my goods would be delivered within 2 days. This was far from the case my goods only arrived 5+ days after. I could have paid for a much cheaper service and gotten the same outcome. The information provided was absolutely misleading.
I registered an account with ParcelABC.com. I was very pleased to report that my parcel from Hillside New Jersy was delivered here in South Africa. From placing the order until I received the parcel took 12 days.

“I was sending a shipment from Sweden to Switzerland. I found this website and everything seemed ok. They quote me 180€ for it. Nothing else was showed on the form, and they were aware that the shipment would go to Switzerland. After paying the 180€, and before getting the label, I got an email from their support asking for another 180€ as it was what they expected the maximum import tax to be. This is utterly wrong to do, as they were aware of all the information before I paid, but I paid because I really needed to send it. UPS did not show up on the day chosen by me. UPS told me they never got a request for pick-up, I had to schedule one with UPS directly. After the parcel was delivered, I enquire about the extra 180€ as I had contacted UPS directly and they told me no tax was charged from what they could see. ParcelABC said it can take up to 21 working days for them to get the tax invoice and proceed with the refund if needed. This was completely new information and no were it is written in their website. I cannot ask for an invoice from UPS nor the Swiss tax agency because parcelABC has all the data about it. The only think I can do is trust them. The ones that do not even know Europe has several times zones and called it "German time" when I asked what is their timezone. You can go to reviews.io and see the amount of recent 1 stars EDIT: I contacted UPS they told me there was no charge and that they can access the invoice online. No one understands where the 21 days is coming.
