Parcelabc are generally very reliable and their customer service team are extremely helpful. I use them regularly to ship around Europe and on the whole, I would recommend them. I've only had one experience which left me dissatisfied, other than that, no complaints.
I’ve had a great experience with the team at ABC. They are extremely efficient and always quick to help whenever I’ve had any issues with a parcel. Their customer service is reliable and responsive, which gives me peace of mind every time I use their services. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional team.
I didn't sign up for this service! I wouldn't give it even one star. I signed up for a door-to-door service, and that never happened. I sent a box from the USA to the Dominican Republic. They asked me to insure the box, and I put down $2,000. Many of the items were used, others were new... when it arrived in the Dominican Republic, it was a nightmare! They assumed the insurance cost was the value of the box. Something they never clarified. They asked me for a detailed invoice of what was inside the box. In addition to the almost $400 USD I had already paid for the door-to-door service, I had to pay approximately $500 more for taxes and paperwork with DHL because ParcelABC is apparently an INTERMEDIARY. I was never able to communicate with them. I had to hire an external agent so they could release my box. In short, they are thieves. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!
This was my first time booking with ParcelABC and i was scared at first but I’m glad I did. The process was smooth and quick delivery despite the holidays. My parcels were in a good condition. I had a great experience with them.
Avoid at all costs! They pretend to be a courier service, but they are not a real courier service! I will be filing formal complaints to the FBI, Interpol, and the UK Financial Authority. I paid them $190 to mail a letter overnight, and then got an email from them saying they were having trouble printing the label. Then on the day the letter was supposed to be picked up, they emailed me saying they canceled my order because the dimensions changed (I told them several times I was only mailing documents) and I would have to submit a new order. Tried to cancel my order and they refused to refund my money, and are trying to take a 25% "administration fee" for basically doing nothing. Please read the other 1-star reviews others have left them on Trustpilot before considering them, they are a SCAM.
Hands down the worst experience I have had with a parcel service. They do not own up to any sort of responsibility for their services and blame it all on the partner services like UPS. For 2 days now their courier is not arriving to pick up my parcels and I have got no information or explanation as to why, or a guarantee of when it will take place. Essentially, there is absolutely no point of hiring them instead of hiring UPS or DHL since the service is equally terrible but in addition they are not even responsible for anything so you just get a useless middleman. Update: Their reply to me below this comment is a complete and utter lie. My chosen pickup time was 13:00-17:00pm a timeframe offered by their own website. Those are regular working hours and to have the audacity to blame it on the chosen hours (that they themselves offer on their website) further proves it. Sine I wrote this review they told me once again that they will pick up the items today (Monday the 7th) AFTER I told them that since I moved cities I have to bother my tenant to handle the pickup and they failed to show up once again (for the third day in a row!!!). They have no accountability, no communication channels with the actual couriers (UPS) and in addition to that they lie to you about their actions. I believe they pay people to write them good reviews because I cannot see how a company that fails to execute a simple pick up for 3 days in a row after continuously misleading their client can function in any capacity.
I sent a very important parcel on June 24th (Tracking number: ITTR-484643961). It was a gift for a dear person in Turkey. Parcel ABC promised delivery within 1 to 3 working days. The parcel was picked up on June 30th, but by July 4th, it had still not arrived, and the recipient had already left the country. I contacted customer support several times. At first, they assured me it was on the way. Later, they said redirection wasn’t possible, where the recipient is now. In the end, I was left with no delivery and no refund. Parcel ABC now claims that “transit times are not guaranteed” — but that’s what they advertised when I placed the order. That’s misleading. This was not just any package. It was a personal gift that missed a meaningful moment — and their lack of responsibility makes it worse. I kindly ask Parcel ABC to refund the full cost of the service that was not completed. I still hope this situation can be resolved with fairness and professionalism. — Lola, Italy
Honestly it is quick and easy, why some people were complaining could be a misfortune. My only feedback would be to improve tracking because while the package was showing in transit on website it was even delivered. But overall a highly recommended service. Good job guys

DONT USE THIS COMPANY 1. Website estimated delivery in a few days. 2 weeks later parcel still not arrived. 2. Customer support is terrible. I inquired about the status of the order twice, they never responded. Also, they are unfriendly and seems like they don’t care. 3. One day, I receive an email that the parcel will be destroyed if taxes are not paid. Until this email, I’ve received no payment request or link and did not get notified that payment for taxes is due. Also when tracking the order or logging into the account, it was not visible that a payment was required.
They take your money, bombard you with more and more questions, cancel the order because of the changed sizes (the price remains the same), you make a new order, answer the questions, are happy that they finally sent you a label, clarify the collection time and... nothing. Then - silence. No one picks up the shipment or answers questions. You just throw away time and money (2 days past). UPD In reality, when they finally picked up the shipment, everything became even worse! Now, for more than 10 days you don’t even know whether the recipient will receive your shipment. The company justifies itself with transit times, which are beyond their control. Why write that the delivery period is 4-5 business days?!!!! Disgusting service, which I do not recommend to anyone!
Hello, does anyone know about this company. I am having a terrible experience with this company .I shipped a parcel and they told me me my parcel was not send and l am now struggling to get my parcel, l have been trying to contact support with no response and it's been 6 days.Would highly not recommend using this courier unless you want to loose your parcel.
ParcelABC y su proveedor Fedex para un envío que hemos hecho han actuado de forma engañosa y de mala fe. Denuncaible. En nuestra empresa realizamos una recogida en Sao Pual con destino Gipuzkoa (España). Tenemos vídeos y fotos de cómo la mercancía de pequeñas dimensiones fue embalada en una caja más que correcta de madera. Contratamos un seguro con el envío. La mercancía llega destrozada con una caja de CARTÓN. Nadie explica por qué la han abierto manipulado y destrozado. No comparten las coberturas del seguro que hemos pagado. No asumen la responsabilidad por dañar las piezas. Es un engaño no compren seguros ni utilicen esta empresa. Han perdido un cliente y tienen suerte que cuesta más la demanda que la propia máquina que enviamos. Muy mal.

The first option, that is the cheapest one (posteitaliane) is no reliable, they don't collect, and the website doesn't have a way to communicate with the shipping company so at the end you have to cancel the order, with UPS was fast and easy.

Après avoir connu de nombreux déboires avec UPS, j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à rechercher une entreprise de transport qui soit sérieuse et fiable. J'ai sélectionné ParcelABC et j'en ai été ravie. La collecte et la livraison ont été faites dans les délais. J'ai eu plusieurs échanges avec la société qui m'a toujours répondu.
