Hands down the worst experience I have…
Hands down the worst experience I have had with a parcel service. They do not own up to any sort of responsibility for their services and blame it all on the partner services like UPS. For 2 days now their courier is not arriving to pick up my parcels and I have got no information or explanation as to why, or a guarantee of when it will take place. Essentially, there is absolutely no point of hiring them instead of hiring UPS or DHL since the service is equally terrible but in addition they are not even responsible for anything so you just get a useless middleman. Update: Their reply to me below this comment is a complete and utter lie. My chosen pickup time was 13:00-17:00pm a timeframe offered by their own website. Those are regular working hours and to have the audacity to blame it on the chosen hours (that they themselves offer on their website) further proves it. Sine I wrote this review they told me once again that they will pick up the items today (Monday the 7th) AFTER I told them that since I moved cities I have to bother my tenant to handle the pickup and they failed to show up once again (for the third day in a row!!!). They have no accountability, no communication channels with the actual couriers (UPS) and in addition to that they lie to you about their actions. I believe they pay people to write them good reviews because I cannot see how a company that fails to execute a simple pick up for 3 days in a row after continuously misleading their client can function in any capacity.
