Promised 1–3 Day Delivery – Still No Parcel, No Compensation
I sent a very important parcel on June 24th (Tracking number: ITTR-484643961). It was a gift for a dear person in Turkey. Parcel ABC promised delivery within 1 to 3 working days. The parcel was picked up on June 30th, but by July 4th, it had still not arrived, and the recipient had already left the country. I contacted customer support several times. At first, they assured me it was on the way. Later, they said redirection wasn’t possible, where the recipient is now. In the end, I was left with no delivery and no refund. Parcel ABC now claims that “transit times are not guaranteed” — but that’s what they advertised when I placed the order. That’s misleading. This was not just any package. It was a personal gift that missed a meaningful moment — and their lack of responsibility makes it worse. I kindly ask Parcel ABC to refund the full cost of the service that was not completed.
